University Dining Services at Salisbury University is pleased to provide special catering to students, faculty, staff, alumni & guests. All special events are planned and executed with great care and attention to detail. Their commitment to excellence in planning, preparation and presentation results in a delightful dining experience, whether it be formal or relaxed.

All catered food events served in the Guerrieri Student Union must be provided through University Dining Services. Please consider your catering and set-up needs (table setup, access time, etc.) when placing your room reservation for an event.

The Facilities Reservations Office schedules space for meetings and events on the SU campus. The types of facilities we reserve include classrooms, auditoriums, meeting, banquet, and conference rooms.

Please note: Requesting a facility does not mean that space is reserved. The Facilities Reservations staff must evaluate each request to determine if it is the best use of space for Salisbury University. Each request must also be evaluated to determine if there is adequate time before and after an event.

The Event Technical Services Office at Salisbury University is responsible for providing any audio-visual, live sound and lighting needs for events located on campus that are outside of the classroom or at designated off-campus areas. Event Technical Services supports events for Registered Student Organizations, official University offices and departments, and requests by off-campus groups through Conference Services.

A completed online work order form outlining all of your technical needs must be submitted no later than two weeks before the scheduled program or event. See the .

Physical Plant is a department consisting of building trades, horticulture, recycling, project management, facility services, motor pool, support services, and energy management.

The Physical Plant Service Center accepts for general building repairs such as heating and air conditioning, power outages and lighting, safety, locks and doors, leaks and plumbing, housekeeping, pest control, furniture repair, recycling, grounds maintenance, and equipment or furniture moves.

Support Services is the materials management department on campus and are responsible for:

• Set-up and break-down of University owned equipment to include tables, chairs, stages, portable dry erase boards, stanchions and easels (PIC Operations)
• Delivery of shipments/supplies
• Relocation/move office equipment/furniture/surplus
• Control of surplus equipment
• Equipment disposal/transfers
• Provide seating and lecterns for classrooms
• Purchasing (purchase all furniture and name tags for the campus)
• Public Bidding for Physical Plant
• Physical Plant employee Uniform Service
