• Undergraduate Ceremony: May 20, 2027 | 10:00 am | Wicomico Civic Center
• Undergraduate Ceremony: May 20, 2027 | 2:30 pm | Wicomico Civic Center

School ceremony assignments will be announced in December 2026. To ensure graduates and guests can be accommodated appropriately at each ceremony, school assignments for the 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. ceremonies will be determined after reviewing the number of eligible graduates within each school. Ceremony assignments and maps will be posted once finalized.

Understand ticketing basics

• Ticket requests are submitted by students during commencement registration
• Tickets will be distributed after registration closes at the end of April 2027
• Tickets will be available digitally through the Tassel platform and may also be printed at home for guest use
• Each guest (including children over two years of age) will need a ticket to attend the ceremony

Learn about live stream 

• Live stream will be available for those who cannot attend in person. The live stream link will appear on the Commencement Website homepage 10 minutes before each ceremony beings.

Cap & Gown information (for families assisting students):

• Ordering: February 15th - 18th
  In-person event.
• Online ordering will open following the in-person event.

On-site ceremony amenities will include:

• Flower vendor
• Shops at Salisbury Retail in the lobby

• Address for the Civic Center
  • Wicomico Civic Center

Confirm ticket access with your graduate once the tickets are distributed in the end of April 2027
Accessibility needs and legacy family seating are requested during student commencement registration

• Cap & Gown information (for families assisting students):
  • Pick-Up: April 5th - 8th
    Cap & gown orders shipped to home addresses will be shipped during this week 
• Review the seating layout.  See the commencement maps page for specific layouts. 
• Review Civic Center Building Policy and Prohibited Items
• Select a post-ceremony meet-up location with your graduate
  • Graduates and guests cannot linger in the Arena after the ceremony

• Bring your ticket(s) (digital or printed)
• Arrive early to allow time for parking and security screening
  • Graduate Ceremony: Gates open at 5:00 p.m.
  • Undergraduate Ceremonies: Gates open at:
    • 9:00 a.m. for the morning ceremony
    • 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon Ceremony
    • Gates open 15 minutes early for those with Accessible tickets (4:45 p.m. for Graduate Ceremony; 8:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. for Undergraduate Ceremonies)
• Follow signage and staff directions upon arrival
